Corporate Policy
Last updated: October 2026
At Delibreads, a company that makes tortillas and speciality breads, growth is only possible through responsible and sustainable management that creates value for customers, employees, suppliers, society and the world around us.
Scope
This Corporate Policy is the reference framework for the Integrated Management System and for all the policies of the Group (Matira Ventures S.L.U., Delibreads Europe S.L., Delibreads Bakeries S.L., Bake it Flat S.L. and Neatbakers S.L.), and applies to employees, managers, collaborators, suppliers and other stakeholders.
Alignment with frameworks
Delibreads aligns its activities with the United Nations Global Compact (without this implying membership) and contributes to SDGs 3, 8, 9, 12, 13 and 16.
Delibreads bases its conduct on the following four pillars:
1. Governance and integrity
We act with integrity, transparency and accountability. We have a Code of Ethics, an ethics channel and a Compliance Officer covering anti-corruption, conflicts of interest and money laundering.
2. Social sustainability
We promote a respectful, inclusive and participatory working environment, with zero tolerance of child labour, forced labour, discrimination and harassment. We identify and reduce occupational risks through a culture of prevention.
3. Environmental sustainability
We integrate environmental sustainability into our decisions, using resources responsibly and reducing environmental impacts.
4. Food quality and safety
We ensure compliance with legal, regulatory and customer requirements, with food safety, authenticity, fraud prevention and food defence as the cornerstones of our management.
Senior management is committed to complying with current legislation, driving prevention, control and continuous improvement of our management systems and of our economic, social and environmental performance.
