- Identify, evaluate and eliminate hazards and reduce occupational risks by applying the necessary preventive and corrective measures to avoid them and act immediately in the face of unsafe and unhealthy work situations and behaviors. Additionally, identify, evaluate and eliminate environmental deviations and the manufacture of products that do not meet the customer's requirements
- Analyze the context of the organization, taking into account the needs and expectations of all stakeholders, to identify those risks and opportunities that help us with the continuous improvement of environmental performance and safe and healthy working conditions
- Prevent occupational hazards and pollution through the effective control of activities that generate risks and environmental impacts and practical action in the event of possible safety and environmental emergencies
- The integration and awareness of responsibility for environmental sustainability, food safety, authenticity and prevention, maintaining production systems that prevent occupational hazards, pollution and protect the environment
- Offer a product of EXCELLENCE, through compliance with the product requirements established by our clients and the company itself, and integrated into a modern, efficient management, oriented to the continuous improvement of our processes and respectful of the environment
- Focus all production from a perspective of food safety, authenticity, Food Defense and external inspections, environment and safety and health of people, increasing technological measures and necessary progress, as well as ensuring that manufacturing is carried out under the strictest controls, designed with a preventive approach
- Take on the commitment to comply with legislation, regulations and other requirements that are applicable to the activity of the company in the different areas (Quality, Environment, Food Safety, Authenticity and Prevention of Occupational Risks) and final product destinations (Halal Production)
- Study and adapt to market changes in terms of new and better products
- Ensure that workers and their representatives will be consulted and encouraged to actively participate in preventive, environmental and food safety actions, and integrate the system and attribute responsibilities to all the hierarchical levels
- Develop an explicit and fluid dissemination of this policy to all company employees and interested parties, ensuring compliance with this through their awareness, training and motivation
