Mediterranean Salad

A fantastic recipe for a light dinner or a healthy snack. We combine all the flavour of cheese with the healthy properties of vegetables!

 

PREPARATION:

1. Mix the feta cheese (with a little of its own oil), the tomatoes (cut in half) and the chopped olives in a bowl
2. Spread the cheese over the entire surface of the tortilla
3. Add a handful of spinach leaves on top of the cheese that you spread on the tortilla.
4. Add the mixture of feta, tomatoes and olives.
5. Roll the wrap (you can see how to do this in our "tricks" section)

1 tub of light cheese spread

200 grams of feta cheese

200 grams of cherry tomatoes

Baby spinach leaves

100 grams of green and black boneless olives
