Club Sandwich

You´ve ordered food but you’ve been warned that it will take a while to be delivered. How about preparing a simple, delicious appetizer? Open the fridge and create your own version of the club sandwich.

 

PREPARATION:

1. Spread mayonnaise over the tortilla and cover with lettuce and tomato.
2. Place the chicken, turkey or ham fillets cut into thin slices in the middle, together with the cheddar cheese.
3. Fold both sides of the tortilla toward the centre and cut into two pieces. Use chopsticks to serve.
 
 
OUR TIP:

Just this once: add a slice of bacon!”

350-400 g chicken, turkey or ham in thin slices (2 slices per person)

4 slices of Cheddar cheese

1 tablespoon mayonnaise per tortilla

8 lettuce leaves

2 tomatoes
