Tuna, apple and capers

You want to gain a good reputation as being “handy in the kitchen” among your friends, but do not know where to start. We propose something surprising, and surprisingly easy: our tuna, apple and capers tortillas. They´ll think you´re the new guru of creative cuisine!

PREPARATION:
1. Mix tuna, mayonnaise, mustard, onion and chopped cucumber, diced apple and capers.
2. Place lettuce leaves on the tortilla and pour the mixture into the centre.
3. Season with black pepper. (Hot pepper optional)
4. Fold the tortilla and enjoy.

Don’t block your creativity: try this mix with any fruit!

1 pack Delibreads tortilla

3 tins of tuna

2 apples (diced)

3/4 chopped gherkin

1 onion

8 lettuce leaves

1 tablespoon of capers per tortilla

Mayonnaise and mustard to taste

Hot pepper (optional)
