Chicken or beef burritos

Why do we still like the music of the sixties? For the same reason that we like the traditional burrito: because the classics not go out of fashion. Yeah, yeah, yeah!

PREPARATION:
1. Cook the chicken breasts or filleted veal in a frying pan.
2. Brown red and green pepper and onion.
3. Heat the tortillas and place the meat and vegetables in the centre, adding tomato sauce or sofrito and seasoning to taste.
4. Roll the tortilla and accompany it with strips of avocado, guacamole sauce or grated cheese.

1 pack Delibreads tortilla

2 chicken breasts

1 jar of tomato sauce or “sofrito” sauce

2 medium-sized onions

1 red and 1 green pepper

Salt, pepper and oil

To accompany : Avocado, grated cheese or guacamole sauce
