Beef and onion fajita

Four friends. Two football teams. One match. There is only one way for everyone to come out a winner: dining on our beef and onion fajitas. Go for them!


PREPARATION:

1. Brown thin strips of beef and season them with salt and black pepper.
2. Mix cooking cream with a teaspoon of lemon juice and parsley.
3. Fry strips of onion with a little salt until crisp.
4. Put two lettuce leaves and meat in the centre of the tortilla and top with the onion.
5. Fold the tortilla and... enjoy!


OUR TIP:

If you spread butter on the meat before browning, it will be more tender

1 pack Delibreads tortilla

400-450 g of beef (cut into strips)

2 medium-sized onions (3 if they are small)

Cooking cream (approx. 250 ml)

1 lettuce

Oil

Lemon juice

Parsley, salt and pepper to taste
