Goat cheese and nuts

Your in-laws are coming for lunch today and you want them to leave with a smile. Bring out your best weapons: serve them your best smile and our tortillas with goat cheese, honey and nuts.

PREPARATION:

1. Place thin slices of goat cheese over the tortilla.
2. Add nuts, honey and raisins.
3. Roll the tortilla and heat in microwave.
4. Can be accompanied with whipped cream.

OUR TIP:

Intensify the flavour by adding plums to the mix

1 pack Delibreads tortilla

1 log goat cheese (approx. 200 g)

16-20 nuts (1 tablespoon of walnuts per tortilla)

Honey to taste

Raisins (1 tablespoon of raisins per tortilla)
