Salmon with capers

Someone very special is visiting your home for the first time and you want to show them that there is more to food than pizza and soft drinks. Choose a good white wine and we will propose the matching meal: our salmon tortillas with capers.

 

PREPARATION:

1. Spread the cheese spread and thin slices of salmon on the tortilla.
2. Spread the capers and chopped onion evenly over the salmon.
3. Roll the tortilla and cut into approx. 3 cm slices.
 
OUR TIP:

If you want to enjoy a unique flavour you can add dill sauce to the recipe. It is very easy to make: finely chop the dill and mix with the contents of a container of yogurt or curd. Season with a little salt, lemon and ground black pepper. Simply beat slowly until you obtain a creamy consistency.
