Goat cheese, beetroot, ham, olives and nuts

You don’t feel like going out this Sunday, but you still want to enjoy an appetizer? Prepare two glasses of vermouth to accompany this recipe with goat cheese, and the only bar you will need will be your living room.

 

PREPARATION:

1. Spread olive pâté or chopped black olives on the tortilla.
2. Cover with thin layers of beetroot, goat cheese, pine nuts and Serrano ham.
3. Place another tortilla on top and brown in the oven for a few minutes.
4. Cut into triangles and it is ready to serve.
 

OUR TIP:
Add a different twist by changing the ham for salted, dried meat or Tyrolean speck

1 or 2 tablespoons of olive pâté per tortilla

300 g of Serrano ham

1 beetroot

1 log goat cheese (200 g)

Pine nuts (one tablespoon per tortilla)
